I believe it is from the Hiawatha plans from old Canoecraft books. I see Bear Mountain no longer sells those plans.

I doesn't look like a premium build. Gunwales are bulky, seats hangers don't have spacers. The hull looks OK, so its a good project boat needing a little work. I would definitely price the boat a little lower to get it out the door.
