Does anyone out there use a reflector oven, or, can recommend anything else? I used the Bake Packer in the past and found it wanting. The past year or so have tried a reflector oven with pretty good results, but I still need to develop the knack. Fresh chocalate chip cookies eight days in on a fall trip sure is a treat. The other things we have tried are refrigerator case roles in the tube like cinnamon or biscuts. Any suggestions would be truly appreciated Thanks, Grizz

Outback Oven and any just add water mix

Pretty tough to beat. Packs tiny and light, real convection baking.

I have also been using the outback oven for about 8-9 years. I really enjoy having fresh baked pizza on about the third day. I find that I usually use my oven for just about every evening meal. Corn bread is a big staple on our trips. Brownies are also nice. The grocery store has quite a few just add water mixes. This year I think I am going to bake a birthday cake on our trip. The oven pan also doubles as a extra frying pan or you could eliminate the frying pan from your cookset.
