this will be my first time in the boundry waters i am planning to go for 5 days and 4 nights in hope of finding a awsome lake to saty for the whole time with lots of neat things to see. I would be going in late june.

drew , i would suggest staying in basswood by jackfisf bay (somewhere near the gageing station) fish on jackfish thats probably your best bet , just for the simple fact that it is a motor route and you will get the constant flow of boats going through . jackfish is good fishing but it does get wavy (what the wheather !!) well thats what i've found out in my trips ,hope this helps ..............good luck
