I hope this helps, take as many fillets as you have and add:

1 pan
1 baggie full of crumbs (you know saltines, shore lunch, etc.)
1 good pour of oil
1 hot flame

some patience
and an appetite!!

Wow is this good - two weeks and we are in!!

What I use to cook the walleye is a little butter and a little oil in a pan, place the walleye, not breaded I just use spices... Cajun spice, lemon pepper, or just Emeril's Essence and saute them until they are done... thrown in a little sweet onion saute it and you got a meal... Also we have stove top stuffing or noodles or rice with the walleye too...

I like a fish bake with stove top stuffing and fillets layered.

How to: You need to use a stove and 2 nesting pots. I used MSR alpine pots 1.5L and 1L. Put about 1 to 1 1/2 inches of water in the larger pot. Then 2 small rocks the rocks should be covered by the water. Start this boiling. In a separate container mix the stuffing and water so that is is just wet not too wet. Start layering stuffing-fillets-stuffing until you use up everything. When the large pot is boiling reduce heat to simmer and put the small pot in with a tight fitting lid covering everything. Cook until filets are done. This takes longer to prepare but is a real gut stuffer and if you get it started right when you get to camp and then do your set up it works. It also takes extra fuel. To serve dump the whole pot out on a plate and cut into pieces. I have only made this for 2 so I do not know if you go to larger pots what it will do.
