oops, let's try this again.

Anyway, we just got back from Slim Lake (Kawishiwi Ranger District), and the Walleye were hitting really well. Our best luck was on the north and south ends of the lake, trolling a crawler harness 20-40 feet from shore. In the deeper water they seemed to like a simple leech/jig combo bounced a few feet off of bottom. Didn't hook and monsters but 15-18 inches was pretty common.
