last night with a caraway seed, coriander seed, garlic powder, kosher salt, crushed red pepper rub - very good. Grind it up with a mortar and pestle, rub chicken under skin and on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Grill medium, indirect heat. Salad, corn, steamed baby carrots on the side. Strawberries and lemon gelato for dessert.
