i am playing with the idea of writing a cookbook for those of us that are "extreme campers", don't like th spend all that money on prepackaged camping food, want something a bit more homemade, etc. i am just seeing if there is interest out there.

I prepared all my own food for my trip to BWCA last summer. "The Back-Country Kitchen" by Teresa Marrone was my cooking Bible and we ate very well. Yet I am alway open to a new camping recipe book.
