We are down to the last few items we need to pick up before this Friday. I am totally confused about how much cheese we need. (This sounds so rediculous) Anyways how do most of you plan on what amount of cheese is needed for a meal? We are doing a few lunches that are Rye Crisp, Summer Sausage and Cheese and I always feel like I have too little or too much.
My preference. I use about 4 oz per lunch stop per person. That is my preference. Some like a little more some a little less. Basically I buy an 8 oz brick per 2 persons per day. This seems like more than enough.
