I'm afraid we missed taking a Group Photo the last few years. We have resumed it this year. Butthead took one with his camera that will be better. He will post when he gets home next week.

These kiddos had an absolute BLAST last night, running around like kids should!
As the night progressed they got closer and closer to the adults.
We heard a pack of Coyote's nearby at one point, and someone mentioned we should count the kids!
On the way home I asked MiniMN if she heard them, and she said yes.. and that minutes before when the kids were walking in the very same area of wood that we heard them, she said she saw some eyes in the woods.....
Some of me wonders if she really did... part of me shudders if she really did.
(I wish the photo was more clear, but they were all sitting around the tiki torch talking. It was a pile of cute).

It's always fun to spend time with fellow BWCA.com members. The weather was a bit unfavorable but we all made the best of it! Stories and laughter continued through the day and night! Thanks to all who showed up to make Wingnight successful once again!!! We missed those of you who were unable to attend! Remember....there's always next year!!!

Yes! After quizzing my daughter she came in the house with a hunter green whistle and compass.... do you live in the Twin Cities where we can meet up and I can give it back to you?

Great Pictures. Unreal People. Even better in person. Thanks to all who make this possible and those who posted pics etc... Butthead's last pic is truly a gem...

I recognize Nctry Ben behind Zulu. He has a neck brace on but still looks like he's having a good time. In fact, all you folks look like you are having a good time! Beav and WhiteWolf in the third row near the right end with similar shirts; never met you guys but sure enjoy your trip reports and posts. The food looked dang good, too! Thanks for the pics!

Something didn't seem right Friday night... then it happened on Saturday... kids started showing up. Nothing like having kids around! I was so hoping to see wetcanoedog. My spell check gave up trying to correct me on that one haha. I've never been disappointed by the food at one of these. Thanks for the pictures guys.

Thanks to who ever let my middle daughter pick out a prize for their turn at the drawing. Kanoes use to do that and it made my daughter feel so special. Also thank you to who brought the free water bottles for the kids.. they really felt special with those as well.

She says, "that French guy gave this to me..."

She doesn't know..said it was a nice man. I had told the kids all about Kanoes and that his gift giving to the kids was his special thing he did and it probably wouldn't happen anymore. So when it did happen she was surprised..what a nice way to honer Jan.
