It was a tough trip with 3 days of decent and 6 days of poor weather. Of course, the strong winds were mostly head winds that slowed us down considerably. High water and rains made the portages muddy and slick causing a few falls, but other than some aches and pains no serious injuries. All the gear held up to the elements so we were never miserable, and our spirits remained high. Most important, the group dynamics were very positive the entire trip. All in all, a memorable adventure through a beautiful wilderness.

@ PortageKeeper

Not sure what his name is, but he said he was hunting wabbits.

I recognize several of those spots along your route.

Too bad the weather didn't cooperate, but still looked like an "excellent adventure."
