Just noticed I typed the title too fast and didn't check spelling, maybe one of the moderators can change the subject title for me and correct the spelling of PICTURE ?

I haven't fished for five years (PATHETIC, HUH?), but here's an old pic I like because the bass was so dogged. She blew up on my lure and missed, so I retrieved rapidly to cast again and she chased my lure, missing it again, so I reeled even faster to try again and she hit right beside the canoe. A bass as green as Ireland on 24 inches of line is a hoot and a half! Note how wet my shirt is. I was in Shamu's splash zone.

This was my daughters first summer fishing so it's really hard to decide but I'll go with this one. She caught 4 nice walleyes on this spot faster than I've ever seen the same person catch 4 walleyes.

Great picture, thanks for sharing! I always love to see the next generation out there fishing the Boundary Waters.

I have a similar spot up in Quetico like the one you mention. Me and my partner paddled about 50 yards from camp and I drop down a jig head with a plastic leech and as soon as it got close to the bottom I had a fish on before my partner could even cast. He had the stringer so I swung the fish up to him. Before he could get that one strung I had another one on. This happened two more times. My bow partner never got a cast off. We ( I ) caught our Quetico limit for lunch in maybe 5 minutes or slightly more. My partner says to me "can I at least make a few casts before we head back in". I think I ended up with like 17 before we left and we weren't there long. They were hitting what was left of my plastic leech. I called it nub fishing since that was all that was left on my jig head was the nub of the leech head, it was ridiculous.

That is such a beautiful fish. I love when they're marked and colored like that!

My buddy hooked him in Pickerel narrows. Caught him on a blue Rattle trap. Took two boats to land the 46 incher. Doug was excited to say the least.

It took until the second night but once we found the walleyes the boys had the time of their lives catching one after another.

Thanks! I love that first photo where she's so big she's sagging in your hands. Reminds me of those massive European pike.
