Day 2: work your way up crooked and curl down through Friday Bay and down into Gun or Fairy. (14-15 miles day 2) Day 3: Exit through Boot, Fourtown, Mudro. (roughly 7-8 miles to exit) Total distance is in the neighborhood of 36 miles in 3 days. Attractions along the way will be Horse River (very cool to navigate through), Basswood Falls, Pictographs and table rock. You will encounter a 1 mile portage, but it's the easiest mile portage in the BW's. Good Luck choosing and enjoy your 4th Annual Bro Row! |

cyclones30: "I'll put a vote in for the lady chain between Sawbill and Kawishiwi Lake. Can go either direction and use Sawbill outfitters for shuttle if needed. You'd start or end right at their place. " Sorry, what's the EP #? 38? |

Any entry point recommendations for a three night trip? We don't fish and generally like to move each day, though we'd take a layover if the campsite is just right. |
