12/26/2017 03:50PM I was going to suggest Farm Lake or South Farm Lake permits as you could still park and drop in at Fall Lake and paddle to them. Or all that Grandma L noted. Are you saying you camped at a campground on Fall Lake and only day tripped into BWCA? There are a lot of other SNF campgrounds (all of them?) that would allow that. |

12/26/2017 08:34AM Well, simple quick research - ( look at a MN map) head east on the Fernberg Road (#169) Farm, Fall, Wood, North Kawishiwi, Moose, Snowbank and Lake One. |

12/25/2017 07:50PM I’ve camped in the Fall Lake area many times and am thinking of trying somewhere different next summer. Does anyone know if there are any other entry points and/or perhaps any other lakes in the BWCA that are close to, or not too far away from Fall Lake entry point 24? Or any other suggestions are welcome. |
