04/20/2014 09:48AM No. You only need the card for hunting and fishing (to accompany your license). However, they tend to be somewhat picky about their definition of "fishing." If you have fishing gear in your possession, they often classify that is fishing although said equipment may not be deployed. Also remember Quetico is barbless and (live) baitless. dd |
