You can try the Front Porch. It's more of a coffee/tea shop-cafe but they have hot cereals, some pastry, breakfast burritos, quiches. Not so much a sit down restaurant but there are tables. There are some outfitters that have a dining room and serve meals. The Grand Ely Lodge has a full restaurant and serves breakfast - you may want to check in with them as they may require reservations in busy times and/or may just be a good idea to avoid disappointment.

Gators grilled cheese emporium.
It’s not a sit down restaurant like Brittons.
Last fall I exited the bwca on Halloween and that was the only place in town open for breakfast. My first 2 stops were Brittons and front porch. I will return because the breakfast burrito I had was delicious.

Unfortunately, they closed sometime between the end of last season & the start of this season, there is a For Sale sign across the front porch. I’m glad I got a sticker for my canoe last year, they were a nice place.

Yep, Front Porch is gone.
Britton's is the classic
The GEL is an easy go to.
Chocolate Moose has been pretty reliable this year also
Northern Grounds is the coffee shop option. They have pastries and warm-up sandwiches that are pretty decent.
Stony Ridge is another option. I have never had their breakfast, but their dinner menu has always been good.
Insula, the Boathouse, the Rusty Cup, and Gators all open later.

I know the owners. They had to close (as many places have) due to lack of good available employees. They are doing some needed repairs inside the place and would like to reopen at some point. No timeline yet, but I'm pretty certain the Front Porch will be back in business before too long. They have the best breakfast burritos!
