Official Rules for bwca.com monthly facebook photo contests:

• Members of the facebook BWCA Group are eligible to enter one photo per month. Photos must be of the BWCA, Quetico, Wabakimi, Algonquin, or Woodland Caribou. Entries are made by posting your picture via comment to the photo contest post along with a description of the photo and location. Valid entries must be photos attached to the comment. Photos which are links outside the group to an external website, facebook pages, etc. are not valid entries. You must be the owner/artist of the photo.
• Photos must be entered by midnight on the last night of the contest month.
• One prize will be awarded to the winner of each contest.
• The winner will be determined by the most likes from members to their photo entry on the post. Moderators from the facebook group will vote if a tiebreaker is required.
• By submitting your photo in the contest, you are granting permission for your photo to be use by BWCA.com on it's website and social media pages.
• Void where prohibited
• NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
• The contest is run by bwca.com is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the contest, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s).
