bhouse46	07/25/2017 03:50PM Water levels have a lot to do with safety in the falls chain. Either way the current can be an issue and portages tend to start and stop according to water levels, but you have enough experience it should be no primary issue unless the water is really high. You will get specific information when you check in with the ranger station if that is a factor. Going north with the current is always easier, but really not a primary factor. A nice area, do not rush through.
