Sorry that he can't join you. If the diabetes is a new condition then maybe he will feel better able to travel and do things once he adjusts to it.

You could try Canadian Waters. They're SUPER basic, but I guess you get what you pay for... they do give you a coupon to a free (limited) breakfast at Brittons though...

He will only be staying maybe 5 day at most.
I'm there for 2 weeks. He tried the tent a few years ago. Has trouble bending over to unzip the tent.
He's afraid the machine will keep me up. I doubt it after 4 fingers of rum... I'm trying to get him think about a double high air mattress in my tent and a urinal.
Great guy but this diabetes is starting to drag him down

Loves to fish so I'm just trying to help him out.

Try CCO, but probably same. Basically simple private motel room.

That’s pretty tough, two weeks of primetime lodging for one. VN might be his best bet. Is electric available where you are camping? If so, perhaps he could camp with you. Sounds like he just needs to plug in his machine. He could bring a giant mattress to a campground. Nice of you to try to help him, but ultimately he will have to figure out his needs. Might try checking with some of the many camps in the area, or maybe someone will rent him a room.

Short story.
I'm staying at Fall lake for 2 weeks starting June 16.
My buddy is thinking of driving up for a few days of fishing. He's thinking he might be more comfortable in a bed. He's diabetic and sleeps with a c pap machine.. we would meet up in the morning , eat fish drink and be merry, then he would go to the bunkhouse.

I checked at voyage north, and they wanted 50 a night. Based on double occupancy.
But it's only going to be him. Anyone familiar with anyone in town that charges on single occupancy.
