07/23/2018 07:40AM What you are talking about falls under "Continuation of Trip". Going to the dock for any reason while technically outside of the BWCA is a no no. However, as long as you don't camp outside of the BWCA, a short jaunt outside the technical boarders is allowed. |

07/22/2018 03:34PM If going from Long Island Lake up to Paulson, is it necessary to go via Tuscarora to remain legal? I know that distance is shorter via Round Lake, but would that technically be leaving the BWCA if we went that way? Just trying to determine the most correct route for next months's trip up there via entry point from Sawbill. |
