Do I need a launch permit for tow to Prairie Portage?

WonderMonkey	12/12/2018 02:37PM Rookie here .... If I am going to get towed to Prairie Portage and then stay on the Quetico side for the rest of the trip (until I come back to Prairie Portage), do I need a launch permit at some entry point?
