Agree! I'm glad I have all the maps I'll ever need.

I had this same issue, Bushman, but I haven't called them yet. Hoping my issue resolves as yours has.

Good News!
I just heard back...they were out of the #12 map and were waiting for them to come in. Shipping today.

I ordered late Tuesday night and received my maps yesterday.
Granted they are only 100 miles or so from me.

Still nothing...
I tried another email from my work email. I'll see if that works.
I don't have a fax.

I still have plenty of time but it's aggravating to say the least.

If no one is going to be there at least leave a different recording or post it on the website.

Besides the toll-free number have you tried all other means of contact? Even snail mail is an option if anything has gone screwy with the communication lines.
In your shoes (frustration), I would even fax a short note, mail a short letter and email 'em them (again) at this point. Once each method. Then you've done all you can do.
Then you are forced to wait till they are back from sunny Arizona. ;-) Kidding aside, one never knows what the issue could be. Traveling, illness, death in the family, phone lines messed up, impromptu ski trip, etc. It would have been prudent of them to post a statement on the web site if an interruption of services is in effect.

You might know this, but if things go south on you (sorry), several retailers like Piragis and Duluth Pack sell them online.

I have called and left messages this week to no avail. The last one was after 10 am.

I can only hope he is on a 2 month vacation in Arizona.
(I say he because the recording is a male voice)

McKenzie is very good to deal with. I've ordered from them before and gotten very good service so I'm sure there's a valid reason for the delay. Keep calling and/or emailing. Thankfully, you still have time due to the lingering hardness to the lakes up there.

I ordered both theirs and voyageur a few weeks back, both arrived in a week or so. I don't recall if I ordered McKenzie direct or from dealer though.

I believe it's a very small company. Could be a down time. Hopefully an outfitter here might know details.

I ordered 3 new maps back on 2/10/19 from McKenzie Maps.

I received an email confirmation but have yet to receive my maps.

I call and all I get is an answering machine.
I've emailed with my confirmation without response.

Does anyone have any info on winter hours or availability? I work night shift and it can be difficult to make random calls throughout the day.

Thanks in advance for any info.
