07/17/2019 08:58PM Thanks for the help. Decided to take tow to 3 mile island and head towards Ogish then, the good Lord willing and the creek don't rise, get to SAK the first night. Head back to Alpine day 3 and fish for walleye, I've been on Alpine 2X and never took the time to fish for eyes, this time I'm going to take time to fish for them! Put in will be on Aug. 14th. |

07/03/2019 06:58AM Voyager Canoe Outfitters. Entry #55. 30 minute tow to American Point. Go in through Monument portage down into Ester, Hanson, and South Arm Knife. Our two person bunk, tow, breakfast and tandem canoe rental was $189.00 total. Grand Slam is quite possible. (We also caught a 3+ pound whitefish!) |

07/02/2019 09:27PM Looking for a new route for a 4 to 5 day trip. I'm willing to pay for a tow, but not the cost of the tow to Lac La Croix. Looking to get to an area day one and spend at least a couple of nights. Not looking for a killer trip. Also would like a chance for a grand slam. Similar trips I have already done: Clear Lake & Caribou Granite River Basswood with a tow Seagull, Sac, Big Sag Mudro to Fourtown Disappointment to Ima West end Knife Lake with a tow Thanks |
