all the above suggestions, plus you could always rent a couple tarps from an outfitter.

I have a 9x7 ccs you can borrow. Also have a guide gear big tarp you could use of you can't scratch together enough dough by august. Email me. Oh I live in twin cities. Didn't check your location.pete

I just bought this tarp this week through Amazon Prime...to add to my collection of tarps.
I got the 10x10. I have not used it yet but have examined it. Construction is impressive. It does not use grommets but uses sewn straps instead (I think it is superior to grommets). One of my other tarps uses grommets. Don't know who made it...bought it at Piragis some years back.

pilot: "My son and I are going into entry point 37, Kawishiwi Lake on August 11, and we don't have tarps. We just made the switch from tent camping to hammocks and can't get one delivered by that date from anywhere.

Anyone willing to loan or rent theirs for about a week? I would be more than happy to leave collateral if necessary."

Pilot, If you still find yourself in need of a tarp, reach out to me. I have a 12x12 Chill Gorilla Tarp that I'd happily let you take. It's only 2 years old and has served me well. I'm in the Twin Cities Metro area. Not worried about collateral unless you are. Email in my bio works great.

I have used my Kelty Noah's tarp now for over 6 years. It has been in heavy wind an rain. I have the 12'.

I think I bought mine for about $69 on Amazon. I have treated it with water repellent once, about 2 years ago, just as a precaution.

You should be able to find some good tarps that you can get really quick.

i would get the superfly as my next tarp, to have the option of closing the ends off, well worth it in a driving rainstorm

Give Dan at Cooke a call or try Midwest Mountaineering in Minneapolis. they usually keep a good stock of Dan's tarps.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate the ideas. I reached out to Dutchware, but haven't heard back yet if they can ship it in time, but I feel confident. If they can't, I'll go to one of the other recommendations.

Thanks again.

Hammock Gear, excellent quality hammock tarps.

Have you tried Hammock Gear? They will usually ship in two weeks and frequently have something in stock. I've used one of their tarps with my hammock for the last 10 years and been pleased. It's lightweight and has held up well. Not a bad price either, though Dyneema is always spendy.

Another, more economical option, is Dutchware Gear. They also say they are currently shipping hammock tarps withing 2 weeks. I've never owned any of their tarps but have been very happy with the other gear I've gotten from them.

Anyway, just a couple of additional choices that look like they could meet your time constraints.

all of the above - and also, I recently saw hammock tarps in the outdoor section of Walmart. Not sure what brand or how good, but in a pinch.

You can also use a regular tarp in a pinch.

If you need good quality hammock tarps try warbonnetoutdoors.com or simplylightdesigns.com.

Both have instock, or in the case of SLD very quickly made, tarps available with reasonable shipping times before your trip date.

I love my Warbonnet Thunderfly. WB is showing 7-10 day shipping times so you should be able to have on hand before end of July.

Plenty of time to seam seal and do a test set up before your trip but I wouldn’t delay much longer.

Second vote for Dan and CCS, he has been very responsive. Stand up guy, and I've placed a few orders during our current COVID mess, and he even did a repair for me. Can't say enough nice things, and very good quality gear.

Only word of caution is that it is a slippery slope, I now have a lot of his products.

Have you tried Cooke Custom Sewing? You'll never buy a better tarp and, unless they're really backed up with orders, I would think they could get you the tarp you need before your trip.
