01/25/2023 01:06PM Hoping to hear from some people with experience on this topic: I have reviewed all the available maps and searched past trip reports, but see only one or two marked campsites on Beaverhouse lake at the SW end near where it drains into the Quetico River. Question 1) if the few campsites few sites, are there any others you know of that are not on maps - I realize people are allowed to camp anywhere in Quetico, but with us having two tents and a hammock, there are only certain spots that can hold us. Question 2) for those of you who have traveled from Beaverhouse down the Quetico River, are there any unmarked campsites you could recommend, and do you have any insight into taking that route? |
