I know of a Superior Hiking Trail hiker who stashed his food drops in green garbage bags, suspended high in a tree in an out of the way place. It worked for him.

No, it's just a parking lot that's pretty busy and a very small first come, first served campground.


No real place or structure to keep it away from bears or curious people or anything. I agree with the above, Sawbill is really your only option for some kind of civilization at the edge of the BW in that area. And it's not that far away

At the Kawishiwi Lake entry, are there any outfitter outposts or any way to cache a pack of food for an extended BWCA trip originating on Seagull Lake?
