08/31/2023 10:57AM Nice photos. I enjoyed reading your trip report. I was on Rose Lake when the storm came through on Wednesday evening, just as my group was finshing cooking dinner. Heavy rain, wind, and lighning nearby. Thursday it was windy for most of the day, then settled down for some nice fishing just before dinner. |

08/30/2023 09:49AM Thanks for all the kind replies, I'm glad y'all enjoyed it. I was certainly apprehensive about eating in the tent, not really sure what our other options were at that point though. Thankfully nothing came of it. |

08/30/2023 07:36AM Very nice report and good photos. Glad that you didn't pay a price for eating dinner in the tent on night 2 - and a fish dinner no less. Not a recommended practice. |
