11/06/2023 11:21AM The overall portage is medium long, with no major difficulties. At the Darky River end, the portage actually does not start at the river, but instead a short way up a tiny side stream. A few marshy steps. At the Tanner Lake end, there is a medium significant climb up from the lakeside. Most of the portage is fairly flat. I have been on this portage several times and it will either be clear or have some trees fallen depending on the year. I have fished Tanner Lake with average success. |
