After my first outing before the trip I noticed a little wear to the fabric where it was rubbing on the canoe. I engineered it with a little duck tape before the trip, but after 4 days, that was wearing through too. I think I am going to put a few pieces of pipe insulator to help from rubbing too bad. My canoe is a Wenonah Champlain.
