Looking for dehydrated meal recipes for my trip in September. I have already made a red beans and rice with andouille and chili. Any dinner or breakfast recipe you want to share is helpful.

Spaghetti sauce with hamburger dehydrates well.

I dehydrate cooked spiral noodles with spaghetti sauce, hot Italian sausage, green peppers, and onions. Rehydrate and add string cheese. I call it pizza in a bag, as it rehydrates well in a bag.

Dehydrate crumbled sausage and buy just add water country gravy. Make bisquick biscuits in the pan, and you have excellent biscuits and gravy.

Dehydrated hash browns are great. You can add dehydrated sausage, spam, or whatever to it. Spam 'n hash is one of my favs.

I like fried potatoes. Dehydrate parboiled potatoes, rehydrate, then fry in ghee. I have them with precooked bacon and ova easy scrambled eggs.

Big hit is wild rice hotdish. Usually made at home with cream of mushroom soup, in the bush I make it with dehydrated mushrooms in a cream sauce. Add dehydrated hamburger, carrots, and peas. I just use plain wild rice. Takes 45 minutes or so to cook so it's not for those days when you want something fast.
