Did a little fall camping last weekend. Downed trees everywhere on the SHT. Great time, but the snow was unexpected. Eagles were quite abundant, which was very cool

Looks like quite a trip you had there. Hope you could see the trail and where to put your feet okay. Thanks for sharing your pictures it looks very pretty up there.

That was Egge Lake, just north of Finland. Two downed trees at the entrance. Had we not seen the "latrine" sign, we would have missed the campsite completely. Both of us woke with a start in the middle of the night to another tree falling. Beautiful snow, but very heavy.
