I have no connection to seller, posting listing in case anyone is interested. I asked seller a couple questions via text--tufweave layup and said it has "Few scratches" but didn't answer my question whether it was stored inside or outside.

Seems like a decent price but I don't know boats like many of you do. Is that a good price for a 2009 tufweave Prism?

Tuffweave, 49 lbs not super light but not outrageously heavy either,...new ones prob over $2K,... looks pretty good to me!

Price is good, but i think that is due to the weight factor, it would be too heavy for me if i also have a pack on my back on a 300r portage. Its not that i cant carry that weight, as i do with a my souris river tandem, but im not usually carrying a pack with that. Id rather spend more and get into the low 30lbs if solo trips and portaging are your intended use for a solo canoe.

The weight is the issue for me too. I’m quasi interested in a solo canoe but currently solo in an OT Penobscot 16 (royalex) that’s only 9 pounds heavier according to specs so the weight difference isn’t great enough for me to go look at this canoe. If it was mid 30s or under it would already be hanging in my garage. Posted it in case anyone else was interested and to educate myself on canoe values.

Hi... I have had two Prisms and two Advantage canoes.... Ist Prism was in Tuf weave, but sold because was too heavy around 50 lbs. Then I bought an ultra light Prism at 34 lbs..... WONDERFUL!! But now I am selling that U light Prism to get space in my basement...see my recent posting here on 2/12/19... Lighter is always better!!
