Anyone know how soon they will get their emails from recreation.gov? I got our permit this morning just after 9. My alternate leaders have not gotten emails yet.

As I read it they have decided not to do the whole alternate verification via email thing. See the notice at the top of the page.

And yes! Our names are similar!! Mine is from my old golden retriever, Badger.

I dutifully entered an email address for each of my alternates. Then, while typing in the last one, I noticed that there wasn't an asterisk by that field, meaning that I could have skipped them all and saved some time. Ah, well.
