Has anyone ever tried using Jump Soles? I've been an athlete my whole life and I used Jump Soles for several years in my late-teen years. Not sure how they affect long term joint and knee health. But I certainly gained a ton of explosiveness and speed. I'm 26 now and I still do not have any real knee or joint pain. I would suggest this to any parents who are looking for explosive training methods for their kids.
