I will be staying on this lake next week with family and I'd like to take my son fishing. Are the walleyes easy enough to find on this lake or am I looking at a difficult week?

Lots of bass, perfect for families. You got a shot at walleyes after dark.Try nearby Leo for rainbows.

Just noticed the lake has Coho and Lake Trout, if targeted with lead core and cranks are my odds good or stick to walleyes?

Go down to the east end of the lake there is a giant multi layered reef and it’s marked by buoys. Anchor in about 6 feet of water toss out a leech or cast a swim bait and you will catch walleyes and some huge smallies. Tell Forrest Brad Banks says Hi !

No cohos and the Lakers are very very few and far between so don’t waste your time on them .

I would agree. We trolled deep cranks down the length of the lake from the lodge to the reef, some deep marks but no takers. Was told later that there are no lakers and that the marks were likely suckers?

Walleyes at night, smallmouth any time of the day almost.

As already stated, there are no lakers or cohos. Weedline on east end of lake is a popular spot for walleyes in evening. Off the dock infront of lodge can be good also.
