Hike to Honeymoon Bluff - Rose Lake

A small group of us are going up to Grand Marais camping this weekend. One of the days we want to hike to Rose Lake and check out some the beautiful views from the BRT. Looking at my Fisher map, looks like you can start from the hiking trails near Clearwater lake or start on the west end of Bearskin.

Any advise which way would be more scenic? I’ve heard checking out the stairway portage/falls on Rose is worth it. And where exactly is Honeymoon Bluff?

Honeymoon Bluff information

"Said one of these men, long past seventy years of age: 'I could carry, paddle, walk and sing with any man I ever saw.
