Has anyone used the "cooler insert" for the Granite Gear Quetico pack? How does it compare to other food packs w/ insulation (CCS, BWJ, etc.)? Is the zipper on this cooler insert waterproof? E.g. if I set the pack on its side in the bottom of a canoe, will water leak out of it? How many people*days worth of food can this guy hold? How well does it insulate?
