What entry date would you prefer?
June 7-12 or June 14-19

Flip a coin. This far out who knows if it's a late spring, early summer, bugs, fishing, etc. They're close enough it won't matter much anyway

I agree with cyclones30, not much different this far out. Closer a weather pattern or other issue might make a difference.
I would look at astrological things like lunar phase, possible meteor showers or such. Some like the full moon, others do not want it blocking their view of the stars.

The weather can change quickly in June. I prefer the earlier dates as the cooler weather is better for fishing, and less bugs.

I'm kind of biased, since we will be going in on the 15th of June. Would have gone in a week earlier, but my partner doesn't get out of school that week.

I actually lean the other direction. Given the choice, I would take the later date. Mostly because you tend towards warmer weather and you might be able to swim.

Honestly though, you might want to keep your options open as much as possible at this point. If there is not too much demand on the EP then wait until 1 month before the trip. Look at the mayfly hatch, look at long range weather forecasts for major systems, look at the season and if it is a late spring or early summer, and as others have said look at the moon for lunar phase to ask yourself if that makes a difference for you. All these details can make a difference in your trip and this far out it is hard to know any of them for sure, except the moon.

BTW, I'm going in May and already looked up the meteor shower events. There is one in early May and one in late July, but neither correspond with either of your dates.

Just figure out your priorities and go from there. For fishing, go earlier. For warmth or swimming, go later. Without getting closer to the date, it is very difficult to get more specific than that.

Like others have said, you're likely not going to notice much difference between the two. The water may be a bit warmer if you go the later date, but many variables can alter things one way or another.

June 7th; always a lot less people out "there". We usually see more customers coming up after June 10/11. Many kids are in school till early June & it takes families and youth groups at least a week before they start heading North.

I respectfully disagree. Early June is black fly season. Usually plenty of mosquitoes too. I find that by early to mid July the black flies are gone, the mosquitoes a fewer and I've caught the most and biggest fish between the middle of July and the middle of August. I would always opt for the later trip.

Actually, June 13 is best. Symmetry and aspect of the numerals are in alignment with nature and the star rotation.
Edit: Wait! That was last year. Go on the 14th. Sundays are best!
