" No squirrels on my right."
"No squirrels on my left."
"No squirrels on shore."
"Is this thing a squirrel?"
"Did my job today, master wasn't kidnapped by any squirrels."

I set a goal of losing 10 lbs. this year. I only have 15 left to lose.

Love it! I need to get our GSP in a canoe to see how she does. She hates swimming so I think once I get her in she'll stay in. She can jump like crazy though so I'd have to tell her to stay if I got near shore and didn't want her getting out.

I just let mine jump whenever they wanted. I got good at balancing over the years lol. Quick tip though, careful if you are in a solo canoe and try to pull them back in. Mighty tippy at that point.

Yep, all good answers and all very close.
Here are the captions...
1) We're paddling. Yay! Even though it's only 39 I'm so happy I forgot to complain about the cold.
2) I may be getting cold after all. How far are we going?
3) Got to get out and explore the island in a place we've never gone before. So much to see and smell.
4) The only stick game better than fetch is keepaway. Got to totally humiliate the owner and demonstrate my speed and cunning.
5) Why did you wake me? Could you turn on the electric blanket?
awbrown - I like the squirrel scenario and Zoey definitely chases squirrels (along with anything else that moves). But just FYI coonhounds don't really have masters, they mostly have playmates and targets.
