Also they are trying to get people outside doing something for mental and physical reasons.
Much will depend on individual self discipline.

I always wondered which choice words to give to the guys who always seem to sidle right up to you either in their boat or the waders. "KEEP YER SOCIAL DISTANCE!" will probably work. :-)
