BWCA looking more-or-less East-ish, I believe
Edit: Said looking West-ish first but realized I was spun around in my addled brain. Looking East. Taken late in the day, sun setting west, shadows falling east. That make more sense. Yes. East...perhaps centered a hair South of East.

Reminds me of Crab. Was just there in Sept and thought I recalled a similar view. Orientation is wrong though and.......I think I would have been one to take a pic of it too.....and I didnt.

I have no idea which BWCA lake....however, there is a relative of that tree, similar height, similar lean in the Noganosh Lake Provincial Park in Ontario.....huh.....

LLC it is!
The tree is just NW of Fortyone island and the campsite is 127. The (is)land across from the Leaning Tree of Pizza is Canada...so I kinda feel like you were just toying with us, Cowdoc.
