Listed here and on FB. I have adjusted the price and would consider serious offers. If you're interested please let me know. You can reach me at 612.247.3383

I'm selling my exceedingly rare and beautiful 17' Seliga. These do not come up for sale often, those that have one know how amazing they are and how painful it is to part with one. I've owned it for close to 15 years now and thinking it might be time to move it along to its next caretaker. I purchased it from the original owner. Serial is 7941710, classic green. Excellent condition and used on the lake last year. I have original paperwork and correspondence between Joe and the owner. It's really nice Seliga stationary and a cool part of its history. It was sent back to Joe in 1993 for repairs after a Canadian trip that broke a few ribs The repair paperwork and cost is documented by Joe and included. And finally I have the original bill of sale from 1979. The canoe is located in Eden Prairie. Please contact me if you are interested or would like to discuss. The canoe is local so I can take as many pics as you'd like or if you want to see it in person even better. $7500 obo

Pretty much what he is asking.

I think santacruz is asking about new ones. Joe died in 2005, so there are no new ones. Camp Widjiwagan(sp?) in Ely has the mold. I don't know if they have built any new ones. He only made one model, though it may have changed a bit when he built a new mold after his shop burned in the 1990s. I think he built near 700 canoes. Many went to local camps.

Northstar makes a modern composite version in all of their lay-ups. $3500 or better.
