I just bought this canoe and decided it was not what I wanted. It is a very well made Cedar Strip , 16ft. canoe built by a retired carpenter. It has barely been used and show few signs of wear. Always stored indoors. Coated with fiberglass and epoxy. A beautiful canoe that is fast, smooth and silent. I'm asking $1200 which is what I paid for it. Comes with two hand made paddles.

I don't see a way to contact you. I was interested in this canoe before you bought it off Craigslist. You selling it after one day does raise some questions.

I bought it hoping it would work, but it doesn't. A little short on the bow end (my wife has long legs) and a bit tippier than I like. It is fast, responsive and quiet. A very nice beautiful canoe for someone, just not for me. If you would like to stop by and check it out, I live in Golden Valley. I'd sell it for what I paid, $1200 with 2 paddles.

It is very nice canoe for the $$.
