I have two #3 Duluth packs that are in excellent condition. I'm thinking about sending them to be modified slightly with the addition of a map compartment and two side pockets.

What other options have people done?

If my feeble memory serves me right the #3 is an envelope style pack. Side pockets would not work well. A map pocket on the flap would be nice.

Could add a Duluth Pack Kitchen 64L pack (shamelessly plugging since I have one for sale).

For how I used it, its actually a great pack. I ended up changing over to the CCS food pack.
