I posted this in general discussion as well but I'm interested in finding out if anyone that's done this Pma has used the Soiux-Hustler trail between heritage and pageant lakes? Considering using this as my access into the Pma. It's roughly 2.5 miles but I'm not sure if it will be navigable with canoes in tow. Any input is appreciated!
Our planned route so far is to heritage the first night, use the SH trail to get to pageant and camp there overnite, then proceed to Brigand and contentment. Trying to get out of the PMA during the day as I do not wish to secure the permit if I'm only passing through.
