I have two Big Agnes 15 degree sleeping bags. I have used both several times and they work well. These are part of a "sleep system" - they have no insulation on the bottom and have a pad sleeve which with a decent pad with a moderate R Value keeps you warm, arguably at least as warm as insulation on the bottom because that insulation compresses under your body weight and loses it's insulating properties. Plus the pad sleeve keeps the pads underneath you no matter how much you move around which I found to be nice and very effective. Both bags fit a 20 inch pad. I used them fine for a few years but now find that I want more room, these bags are not a mummy but not rectangular either. For a small-medium sized person or a child they would be plenty big. Although they are rated for 15 degrees, I would say they are more like 25-30 degree bags if you want true comfort. I have slept in them to 26 degrees and was ok, but not toasty.

I am downsizing my life and need to get rid of some of the equipment I have, including the 7 sleeping bags I own. One of these , the BA Encampment 15 has synthetic insulation but still packs down pretty small. The Lost Ranger 15 has down insulation and packs down even smaller. they are both lightweight, compact bags.

If this is interest to you let me know. they would be freshly laundered and are both in very good condition, no flaws. Good bags, I have just (sadly) outgrown them and are no longer comfortable sleeping in them. If interested I can send photos.

I also have two 20 inch BA pads, one is the Q Core insulated pad and one is a BA 20 inch non insulated pad. The insulated pad has barely been used, the non insulated pad has never been used. They are available as well.

Here is a shot of the BA Encampment 15 which is the synthetic bag - the Lost Ranger is blue but has the same footprint but insulated with down.

These are great bags. I've had similar for many years (down, rated for 0).
I use the bag as a top quilt now in the hammock, with a box for warm feet - just in case someone who uses hammock is wondering about them.

I am interested in the lost Ranger. How much are you asking for this bag?

Hi Lindy, I'm interested in the Encampment, and maybe the Q-Core as well depending on prices. Thanks!

I may also be interested in the Lost Ranger if 55gjayb doesn't scoop it up.

Well I have never sold used equipment before so I really have no idea how to price them. A new BA 15 degree synthetic is 200 bucks right now. I think I paid around $165. Thinking 65 bucks for the Encampment 15?

Can't find a comparable BA 15 degree down bag but I know I paid around $200 for the Lost Ranger and it is newer and has not been used much, like to get 80 bucks or so for this bag.

I bought a Q Core insulated pad when I bought the Encampment bag and used it several times but it developed an issue. I contacted Big Agnes and they sent me a new one so I haven't used this pad that much either. They are well north of $100 new, thinking $50 would be good?

The BA non insulated pad is brand new, never even been unrolled. These are close to $100 now too so $65 seems fair.

Both pads are designed to fit the pad sleeves on these bags and are 20 inches wide and 3-4 inches thick inflated. Comfortable to sleep on. The cut of the bags is just too restrictive for me these days.

Not trying to make a bunch of money here, like to see someone get some good use out of these since they don't work for me anymore but... I am going to have to replace them with the money I get from these sales, if they happen.

Let me know if you think these prices are fair, if I overpriced them or...if I underpriced them:) Anyone interested, i will have time to launder, package and ship next week. Not even sure how payment works, I have a Pay Pal account but I have never used it, guess I am showing my age.

Shipping is on you but they are all pretty lightweight, shouldn't amount to much. If anyone buys these and are not satisfied with what they got within 2 weeks, i will take them back and refund the money, split the shipping. Trying to be fair.

All this equipment is solid equipment and in good shape.

Everything is spoken for except for the Big Agnes non insulated pad which is brand new, never used or even unrolled.

Hi Jeff, I shot you an email as well. Let me know when we can arrange pick up of the pad and Encampment. Thanks!

Since I sold both of my BA bags I no longer have a use for the 20 inch BA pad that I have. Not insulated but 3-4 inches thick, great summer pad. Took it out of the original box but never used and never even unrolled. I listed if for 65 bucks, let it go for $40. Shoot me an e mail if interested.
