I'm looking to do a fall trip with my 12 year old son. Would be his 4th trip in and we usually go in 3rd week of May. Looking for a quick and easy trip that has potential for good to great fishing. He loves to fish, but like all of us, loves to catch fish.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated and if you willing to give up your fishing spot, well even more appreciative, and we would maybe eat one and release all the others.

Thanks.

Consider going out the Sawbill Trail to Sawbill Outfitters. They can recommend a trip to meet your needs.

I also like Sawbill idea. Sawbill to Smoke or Burnt. Or over to Beth Lake (Lots of small mouth bass there)

Also in the Sawbill area:

Baker Lake - go to Kelly or Jack Lake. Fish anywhere the Temperance River drops into the next lake. Or head to South Temperance Lake. Both walleye and SMB there.
