I read on a couple year ago post that there is a 30 to 40 inch exclusion for keeping pike in the northern zone of Minnesota. Is that rule still in effect?

Northeast zone
Northern Pike 5/13/23 - 2/25/24 Angling: 2 (not more than 1 over 40" in possession. All from 30-40" must be immediatley released).

MN fishing regulations

Northern Pike Zones

(You could probably keep a fish between 30 and 40 inches and fight the fine based on the typo in the regulations)
