Anyone able to tell me anything about bootleg? It’s south off of Little Indian Sioux. Curious if you can put in off of echo trail or if Ty have to take that portage of 118 rods.

Also would appreciate any fishing info on Bootleg itself. Just a few days of R&R but it’s always more relaxing catching fish

To get to Bootleg you put in directly off the Echo Trail into the LIS going upstream. As you paddle upstream there are a couple portages including the 120 r around the falls, then you go up the Little Pony to Bootleg with a couple more shorter portages. The campsite at the north end of the lake when you get there is pretty nice. Can't help you with fishing.
