Has anyone been out paddling on the upper St Croix lately (upstream of Hwy 70)? NPS website says water levels are "very low" but then the USGS gage at Danbury suggests things are fairly normal for this time of year. I understand those two things are not mutually exclusive (one is evaluating paddling conditions, the other current river level compared to the long-term record) but would love to hear from anyone who's been out there recently.
