Luckily, the recall is just for some pots with handles that may loosen. No issues with stoves themselves.

Thanks for announcing this on the forum.

I was notified by Amazon of the recall. I think I purchased my 2L MSR pot about 2010 - 2012 or so. Pretty amazing that they (Amazon) was able to still track me down and notify of the recall.

The handle has always felt a little flimsy when the pot was full of water.

I filled out the form today and it took about 2 minutes including uploading a picture of the pot. They are supposed to be sending me a new handle.

I will update when I get the new handle.

Thanks #3… I’ll have to check mine. It’s worked flawless… and I’m hard on stuff! It’s good to get these kind of notices and reminders.
